DMCA & Copyright Policy

Effective Date: 20/10/2026

1. Copyright Protection and DMCA Compliance

RTE MP Admission (https://rtempadmission.com) respects the intellectual property rights of copyright owners, authors, publishers, and other content creators. We aim to publish original educational guides, informational articles, admission-related updates, and references that help visitors understand the Right to Education (RTE) admission process in Madhya Pradesh.

We take copyright concerns seriously and review properly submitted infringement notices in good faith.

The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), including Section 512 of the United States Copyright Act, may provide procedures for copyright owners to request the removal or disabling of access to allegedly infringing material hosted online.

If copyrighted material has been published on our website without appropriate authorization, and we receive a valid notice that satisfies the applicable legal requirements, we will review the complaint and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the identified material.

This policy does not constitute an admission that every provision of U.S. copyright law applies to every aspect of our website or that the website qualifies for any particular statutory protection.

2. Fair Use and Educational Information

RTE MP Admission publishes informational content concerning admission procedures, eligibility criteria, official announcements, government circulars, school information, and related educational matters.

In some circumstances, articles may include limited quotations, excerpts, screenshots, graphics, or references to third-party materials for purposes such as:

  • News reporting and commentary
  • Educational explanation and public information
  • Criticism, review, and discussion
  • Identification or explanation of official procedures
  • Providing context for publicly announced admission rules

Certain uses may qualify as fair use under applicable U.S. law or as permitted uses under other applicable copyright laws. However, not every educational or informational use automatically qualifies as fair use. Whether a particular use is lawful depends on the circumstances and applicable law.

Where appropriate, we seek to identify sources and provide links to original materials. Attribution alone does not replace permission when permission is legally required.

Government circulars, portal screenshots, official press releases, logos, photographs, and other materials may have different copyright or reuse conditions depending on their source and jurisdiction. We do not assume that every government-related image or document is automatically in the public domain.

If you believe that a particular use of copyrighted material on our website infringes your rights, please follow the notice procedure below.

3. How to Submit a Copyright Takedown Notice

3.2 Where to Send a Notice

Submit copyright complaints and takedown requests to our designated copyright contact:

Email: info@rtempadmission.com

Notices sent through other channels may not reach the person responsible for copyright review and may be delayed. Please use the designated email address for copyright notices.

3.3 Review and Response

After receiving a notice, we may review whether it contains the information required by applicable law, request clarification or additional details, and take appropriate action.

Where warranted, we may remove or disable access to the identified material and notify the relevant contributor or affected party, where appropriate.

Submitting a complaint does not guarantee immediate removal. We reserve the right to assess incomplete, unclear, unsupported, or legally insufficient notices and respond as required by applicable law.

4. Counter-Notification Procedure

If material you submitted or published on our website has been removed or disabled because of a copyright complaint, and you believe the removal resulted from a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.

A counter-notification should be submitted only when you have a genuine basis to believe the removal or disabling of access was erroneous or resulted from misidentification.

Where a counter-notification is intended to meet the requirements of Section 512(g)(3) of the U.S. DMCA, it generally must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of a mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your full name, mailing address, and telephone number.
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate U.S. federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notification or their authorized agent.

Send the counter-notification to:

Email: info@rtempadmission.com

Contact Form: Fill Here

Use the subject line “DMCA Counter-Notification” and provide the details necessary to identify the material and the original complaint, if known.

A counter-notification does not automatically result in restoration of removed material. If the requirements of the applicable DMCA procedure are satisfied, restoration may be subject to statutory procedures, timelines, and whether the original complainant initiates the relevant court action. We will handle counter-notifications in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the case.

Please understand that counter-notifications may require disclosure of certain contact information to the original complainant as part of the applicable legal process.

5. Misrepresentation and Bad-Faith Complaints

Copyright notices and counter-notifications are legal communications and should be submitted only when the person making the statement has a genuine and reasonable basis for doing so.

Under Section 512(f) of the U.S. DMCA, a person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages, including certain costs and attorneys’ fees, as provided by law.

Do not submit fraudulent, knowingly false, retaliatory, or bad-faith copyright claims. Do not use the DMCA procedure to suppress lawful criticism, commentary, reporting, or other material protected by applicable law.

We reserve the right to preserve relevant complaint records and take appropriate action in response to suspected abuse of the notice process, subject to applicable law.

6. Repeat Infringement and Content Removal

Where applicable law requires or permits it, we may take appropriate measures concerning repeat copyright infringement, including removing content, restricting submission privileges, or terminating access to relevant website features.

We may also remove or disable access to material when reasonably necessary to respond to a valid complaint, comply with a legal obligation, protect rights holders, or address a credible risk of infringement.

Any action will depend on the available information, applicable law, and the circumstances of the case.

7. Third-Party Materials and External Links

Our website may link to official government portals, school websites, news sources, and other third-party resources.

We do not claim ownership of third-party materials merely because they are quoted, referenced, displayed, or linked on our website. Third-party content remains subject to the applicable rights and terms of its owner.

If you believe material hosted on a third-party website infringes your copyright, you should contact the relevant website operator or hosting provider using its own copyright complaint procedure. We cannot guarantee removal of material from websites that we do not control.

8. Policy Updates

We may update this DMCA & Copyright Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our website, copyright practices, or applicable legal requirements.

Any revisions will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Visitors and rights holders should review this page periodically.
